Selling this starter research and invention character, take a look at the character sheet, it has a lot of the skills bought and trained for encryption methods and specific science research skills.
As an example it has Amarr encryption methods, high energy physics, and nuclear physics, allowing for invention of T2 lasser turrets. There are many more posibilites for this character. A lot of money has also been invested in the injected skillbooks.
Just about reverse engineering ready, has the skill, just needs a little work on the sub-system specific skills. But ready to start reverse enginnering some T3 components.

Sorry, yes the offer is to low, thank you for the offer though. As mentioned over 300 Mil in skill books, and 100 mil on implants. Thanks again though.
